Out of Season Conditioning Schedules

Below are the schedules for Out of Season Conditioning.  Please note that conditioning for Winter Sports will be until 10/13/2017.  Winter Sports must take two weeks off prior to the season starting.  The Winter Sport Season begins on October 30th.  Spring Sport conditioning will still be open until October 27th.  More information will be posted at a later date about Winter Sports Tryouts.

 

Boys Basketball– Monday-Thursday 4:30-6:00pm
Girls Basketball– Monday-Thursday 4:15-5:30pm
Wrestling– Tuesday and Thursday 4:30-6:30pm
Baseball– Tuesday and Thursday 4:15-6:00pm(returning players only)
Softball– Monday-Thursday 4:15-5:30pm
Girls Soccer– Monday-Thursday 4:15-5:30pm

ATHLETES MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL ON FILE IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE.  PHYSICAL MUST BE DATED AFTER APRIL 1ST, 2017.
