The Varsity baseball team picked up their third sweep of the region schedule, pushing their region record to 9-0. The Knights will step out of region for a week in the HIT before taking on Berkeley in the fourth series of the year.
Bryce Herpolsheimer picked up the win for the Knights. He went four innings striking out five. Kyle McDowell earned the save for Stratford. At the plate Jachin Davis went 2-3, while Herpolsheimer, Jarrett Wagner, and Jameson Lee also collected hits.
Stratford improves to 11-2-2 on the season with the win. Monday they will begin the HIT at James Island against Loudon Valley High School out of Virginia. First pitch is scheduled for 5:00 PM.
