Emma Tychek hit a walkoff single in the bottom of the 9th to lift the Cobras to a 6-5 season opening win over Ashley Ridge on Tuesday.
Four Cobras had two hits each, led by Cadence Adkins with 2 hits and 3 RBI’s. Aaliyah McLeod, Olivia Fleming and Tabi McDaniel had two hits each as well.
The Cobras improve to 1-0 on the season and will host Oceanside Collegiate on Thursday at 6pm.
